Sheer tights with red and blue butterfly motif designed to appear like as though they are flying around the legs. In this picture they are paired with red high heeled shoes and a short red skirt/dress.

Colourful patterned sheer tights (pantyhose in American) disappear from the high street shops every time there's an economic downturn.

They are very much my "thing" so I've noticed the wax and wane over the decades.

We're currently in the dour and dawdy phase - mostly grey brown and black opaque.

Bad news, a-holes. Nature won't quit being magic.

I was walking by a pond yesterday and a baby turtle popped up like she was saying "hi" to me and the sunshine simultaneously. Like... WTF?

And I just counted 6 species of insects on the dandelions in my yard. I'm furious with delight. Gross.

A study of deer and deer behaviour/ antler development. Illustration. Annotated: ‘in 8 or 9 months the first antlers start to grow And they are almost complete of the end of a year But the velvet still has to be rubbed off. This is a normal little rack of antlers for a "yearling" Six months later, the little antlers fall off again... immediately afterward, newer and stronger antlers begin to grow.’
