My brother died last Jan. My wife died in June. I go days where I feel pretty good. Then I'll do something like open a cookbook and her smell gets faned out by the opening of the pages. With my bro it's movie releases. It's a random thing. I don't know if it gets better but it does get bearable.

We (ser doggo and I) started with Vanilla Greek yogurt pancakes and a gummy. For lunch Tunafish salad (and another gummy) cause I was a bit stoned for cooking. And a strong finish Tuna salad sandwiches. Dessert consisted of another gummy and lemon budt cake. It was a good day
