Trying It All Flipping Everything OA BUT APCs; mixed demand; journal/publisher sustainability? Hybrid Journals Another OA option; more OA articles BUT Not an option for all (£); much still paywalled TAS/RAP Less disruptive; more OA content BUT Mixed interest in TAs; equity factor Transformative Journals Easier transition; options for all BUT Overall little impact S20 OA w/o APCs; easier transition BUT Long-term sustainability? (+ workflow) Diamond OA OA w/o APCs BUT Long-term sustainability?

Lessons Learned: • If we flipped it all, we might not survive (different communities + economic realties = instability). • We need to meet communities' needs, not write their agendas. • There is no magic bullet for transitioning to OA.
