I'm asking for help with fixing a leak in the ceiling of my apartment. Apartment manager won't do anything about it and on the lease it states I'm solely responsible for any maintenance and repairs for the apartment I live in. The leak is specifically in my kitchen. Please help. I can't afford this.

Just got back from the Vet with Nami! While she's in good health, she is in dire need of a dental cleaning procedure.
It will run me anywhere from $1100 to $2000,

For his turn on 'Come Eat With Me' Gladwin Glossy Ibis was doing a Worn Stew, so he was busy out collecting as many worms as possible to make his dish stand out. Which he told me was his signature dish and could be a program winner, and get him a job as a chef somewhere. Although i did tell him it didn't sound too good, so i hope it tastes much better than it sounds. Captured at Summer Leys Nature Reserve, Northamptonshire.

Next up to cook her main course was Julie Jay, and she was out collecting Nuts when she came across Jordan Jay's Nuts he had lost from Alan's #FeederFriends theme. Julie's dish was going to be a Nut Roast made with monkey nuts instead of walnuts & pecans, although i let her know she would need more that one type of nut for it she told me to go find some other bird to pester. For the final episode of 'Come Eat With Me' it is Ricky Robin and he was going to be making his signature Bug Burgers for everyone to enjoy, he did give me a piece to try and i said it could do with a bit of beef in there. On hearing this Ricky shook his head and said some words i can't repeat before the 'birdshed' (the airtime before the little birds go to bed), so i left him to it. I hate asking for help, but to keep a long story short, my previous roommate, who I just kicked out, has been lying and been financially irresponsible for the past 2 months of living with me, making me take the brunt force of costs to cover for last month leaving me in the negatives. He invested in a Switch 2 and I have just been suffering because of it. I do not make enough to get out of this bind and my new roommate is not moving in until early May. It would be unfair to make them pay for my ex-roommates incompetence as they did not occupy this space. I do not want to go homeless as I am a black artist and I have no family to go to and the only thing keeping me afloat is my job. I have cats I have to keep a roof over and due to my ex-roommate I am going to be financially recovering for a long while until my new roommate moves in. All I am asking is for help. Please.

I really hate asking for help, but I was horrendously put in a financial bind due to my ex-roommate being financially irresponsible that they have screwed me over.
