During meditation with sound or music, you (or a guide) can define some sounds or instruments as the ones 'bringing you back' to the empty state. If you are there, they're just sounds, if not, it's a gentle reminder.
Two sections of beats in GarageBand
Two sections, each improvised on separately. As you work on one, the other loops. It gives you time to set up the beats on the one constantly changing but also it gives you this interesting way of moving the 'main' repeating rhythm between the sections.
