It’s just straight birria liquid as the “sauce” and the birria as filling with Oaxaca cheese inside and on top then 350F 15min.
I used very classic recipe from dried ancho, guajillo, and arbol chiles boiled and blended over seared lamb and garlic, and cooked in 275F oven in Dutch oven for hours.
