It’s funny how little I need to feel progress and then do nothing for a few more days... :(

By the way, I exported the finished version of the game two days ago. The only thing stopping me is the game page design. While I'm still mulling over things and doing nothing, I'll post here my latest music demo that I found buried deep in the disk...
(even if not many people will see it)
The existence of this project, which is barely being developed anymore and at the same time only exists on my computer, really stresses me out. Because of this, I just want to release what I have so I don’t have to think about it anymore. :(
I started making this game 4 years ago, but due to certain circumstances I worked on it very rarely (about one day every six months). Because of this, the code quality worsened and it became more unpleasant to work on.
Today I’m finishing up some leftover bits of mechanics and connecting the test rooms together so I can finally release what I have and stop worrying about this project.

Hey everyone. The Allumeria Steam page is currently down because Microsoft has filed a false DMCA claim on it. They sent an email earlier today claiming that this screenshot infringes on their copyright. I am taking a moment to figure out what my path is going forward, will update soon. #gamedev
очень позитивно, ничего не скажешь

Trying different brushes in Photoshop.
I made two textures and put them into Blender to create a little scene.
I discovered an old blender. It's not the most convenient thing, but I didn't notice any special differences in usage.
bruh.... I like the sword, but the animation and lighting turned out bad

Apparently you can chain the "fall down into hop" mechanic infinitely in tight spaces with good timing.
Also, I currently have a demo/prototype out, go and check it out.

An exterior shot of my brick house. It's nighttime and the house is lit with torches. The moon is in the background. The house has a wooden extrusion on the front and a small second story.
A screenshot of the houses interior. I have placed a glowing mushroom in the corner, and a furnace in the middle. The furnace glows and emits light.
A screenshot of the house interior during the day. The room is brightly lit with natural sunlight
I spent an hour just playing my game to see how it feels. I built this wacky looking brick house, but I really enjoyed it. So far very happy with the game balance and also the lighting. Feels really cozy and inviting. #gamedev #indiedev #opengl #voxel #voxels #sandbox #game #gaming #showcase
looks good!
I really like how the light works in your game
