Anyone ever have any problems with bacmid transpositions continuously not working? I have been struggling to get any positive white colonies using pFastbac plasmids from Twist and even for a plasmid from another lab for a while now.

The multiscale filament identification workflow determines polymer composition in the cellular context, enabling the exploration of physiological filament function.

This has been published for a while but thought it a neat workflow to study metabolic enzyme filaments in cells
