I am pretty anti-AI, especially in arts, but I cannot lie, I got all teary eyed listening to the AI song my 71-year old mother created for me for my birthday. She spent the last 3 days on a EU-funded course for seniors about AI and technology and she used that time to prepare a song for me 😭

Ugh, this week was brutal. I went back to work after my psych leave and, surprise surprise, nothing changed. My nervous system definitely calmed down during the leave, so work doesn't feel quite as overwhelming as it did, but none of the circumstances that led to my burnout disappeared 😭
