I somehow managed to buy matching shoes and clipboard today. Who knows when such a level of coordination might be needed?! The shoes are vegan, I’m not sure about the clipboard.

It was a damp and windy one today. Steve came in at 28:07 with me not too far behind at 28:50. Windy weather slowed us down a little heading west but made for an invigorating run. Treated ourselves to a good old-fashioned breakfast at Belchers afterwards. #loveparkrun

Went out determined to run 7k and ran just over 8k - beautiful day for a run by the sea - I think it inspired me! Gorgeous smell of honeysuckle on the cliff top above the Marina.

Latest news, sport and opinion from the GuardianGuardian Labsdocumentaries Latest news, sport, business, comment, analysis and reviews from the Guardian, the world's leading liberal voice

The new @theguardian.com format is a nightmare to navigate on a phone. Hate it! The previous digital version was much more user-friendly. Himself is very upset - his android tablet doesn't support the new format so he no longer has a paper to read.
