Have you read the "I'm..." series by @michaelianblack and @inkygirl? They are great picture books to add to your home or classroom library. I'm busy. I'm worried. I'm sad. Feelings everyone has but feelings not everyone can confess out loud. The characters don't "fix" the situations instead they strive to understand. 📚👍Highly recommend 🌟 Pub @simonandschuster. #kidlit #picturebooks #raiseareader

As hard as we are fighting, book bans are having an impact on the books being written and published. To put this another way, a very small number of well-funded people who don't write books, don't teach books, don't work in libraries are trying to decide what books are available for everyone else
