Was at the hospital today supporting my dad through a procedure. I watched staff & volunteers, many busy helping patients; others grabbing a quick bite. And I said a quiet thank you.

Today's meditation focused on finding the "wow" factor in everything. As I admired this granddaddy of trees on my walk, I thought of how this massive oak started out as a tiny acorn. When you take a few minutes to pause, the "wow" factor really isn't that hard to find. #gratitude #wowfactor
