SB-007 update: dose-expansion of SpliceBio's phase 1/2 trial underway; first participant dosed in Oxford.

SpliceBio has started the dose‑expansion phase of its phase 1/2 trial of SB‑007, a dual AAV gene therapy for Stargardt disease. The ASTRA trial runs alongside the POLARIS natural history study, which supports recruitment and helps improve understanding of disease progression and research endpoints.
