Yesterday we accompanied a friend to the doctors. As well as providing moral support, #GuideDog Mabel provided a welcome distraction which meant my friend didn't feel she was being looked at while she did her blood pressure in the large busy waiting room. #RetinaUK #RetinaUK50
Yesterday I continued clearing out the upstairs bedrooms. It's a slow job when you have #LowVision but I also find it therapeutic and know the end result will make it worth while. I'm making sure as much as possible is recycled or goes to charity. #RetinaUK50 #RetinaUK #RP
Whilst shopping yesterday, a friend saw me and asked if I needed any help. I could have been miss independent and said no. But I told him what I was looking for and he helped me find it whilst having a natter. Sometimes social interaction is more important than independence. #RetinaUK50 #RetinaUK
