Its an incredible movie, well worth the watch IMO. It's just a very... uncomfortable watch. There's no real violence to speak of, if thats a concern. The lead is forced to deal with an increasing amount of stress while also making some questionable decisions and it never really lets up.

Hahah Dropout might just be the polar opposite of the vibe of IIHLIWKY

I had fun with it. Not the most original movie but the leads had good chemistry and there are some fun goopy monsters. I’d say it’s worth a watch but YMMV

Didn't love it for the same reasons. I give it a little credit because I hadn't seen an an alien mech used as the villain like that before. But yeah, a bit of a mess.

Rose Byrne gives one of the greatest performances that I don't think I'll ever watch again. Powerful but holy shit is that a hard watch.

Last night, while watching The Bone Temple, my partner pointed out that the "Jimmies" are all "Cuno" from Disco Elysium and holy shit the accuracy.

Absolutely!

I had fun with it. Once the action picks up it’s got a throwback late 80s kind of vibe. The “banter” is a bit rough and it’s too long but I ultimately thought it was worth a watch.

I want to shout out two other movies I watched this week - Frankenstein (2025) (which I liked way more that most people) and the "Lovers Rock" episode of Small Axe which is, hands down, the best movie I've watched this year.
