A full view of the setup, its a camera mounted to a basic microscope lens and an IR LED shining onto an iPhone motherboard

There was a really cool talk and demo by @bunnie.org on looking inside of WCLSP ICs with IR leds and a camera with the IR filter removed.
Extremly cool how relatively low tech this is, you can clearly see the logic structure of the IC without any physical modification to the soldered down IC.
