Unfinished draft fanart of Iruka Umino/ Iruka-sensei and Naruto Uzumaki. Both of them are in their younger designs because I felt like drawing them that way. (It's probably due to me thinking about how similar their circumstances are before the series starts. Plus, both of them are so cute in their younger designs! It's a shame that they rarely show Iruka in his younger years.) They are both orphans due to the Kyuubi massacre caused by Obito lmao. The difference is Naruto has Iruka as the earliest form of positive influence in the series (Iruka doesn't warm up to Naruto immediately, but he was the FIRST to acknowledge that Naruto is his own person and not the demon sealed inside him, PLUS IRUKA IS BASICALLY HIS SURROGATE DAD, too bad the series doesn't focus on that detail, only on the early parts of the series if I remember correctly), while Iruka..., I don't remember much, but I think he started pranking the village and being an outright devious menace because he lacks positive adult influence after his parents died in front of him lmao rip (at least Naruto didn't remember how his parents also died in front of him bcs he was a wee babby). Eventually, they both mellowed out, for Iruka, it's probably because of the 3rd Hokage monitoring him (loosely) plus, I think the Shinobi lifestyle made Iruka realise how much he doesn't like violence, thus his aversion to violent conflict in the series, and for Naruto we've witnessed his growth, but we all know it starts with Iruka. I still feel kinda sad that they didn't explore Iruka's character as deeply as the others. I think I remembered that they alluded to the mystery of Uzushiogakure several times early on in the series. But, they never explored it. I want to babble more, but there's a word limit huhu. I'm still figuring out what to do with this fanart lol. I might repost this when it's finished. I just want to share because I lack real life social interaction lately lol. (That's a constant thing honestly.)

Practice sketches of Malware from the Sonic.exe Rewrite series created by Springless. Malware is an alternate version of Amy Rose from the Sonic the Hedgehog series by SEGA. There's also additional sketches of the Sonic.exe Rewrite series version of Knuckles, Tails, and Sonic. They are called Ekiduna, Miles, and Sonic or Rewrite or Rewrite Sonic respectively. When I first saw that Amy alt design, I was floored and in awe at how cute, geometrical, and pretty she is. I love that you can kinda see influences of modern and classic designs for Malware. And also from Sonic media outside the games like, the The Sonic Fleetway comics (That sharp hair up-do). I wonder why she has those blue rings on her wrists? Since, we do know what the red rings are in the series. Also, curious, I think only Sonic has a mouth. Why is that? Did he purposely remove everyone elses mouths??? I think the other characters do speak even without the mouth being visible? I assumed that the no mouth thing is just an artistic choice, but I'm not too sure on that after I noticed how only Sonic has a visible mouth. Hm, maybe I'm just thinking too much. I'm intrigued to know what Malware's role is in this series. Also, on how the other characters in this series (that the creator feels like using) can fit into such an unsettling and whimsical world. I chose him as Jester of Nihil because he seems to be showing the most negative emotions than the other family members. You could say that Knight of Despair or the Servant of Wrath could be more suited to his character, but I think Nihil is more uncertain or negative conceptually than the other two. Knight of Despair is all about protection and bound to the duty of it, while Servant of Wrath is about upholding your brand of justice. Which really does fit his character, but I decided to give those to the other siblings. I think my colouring leaves a lot to be desired, lol.
