I've spent most of the day labelling, pricing & packaging all my glass art ready for my exhibition at The Derbyshire Makers Shop at Peak Village Rowsley. See this along with all my other recent work from 18th March to 6th April and is open everyday, dog friendly and free parking.

A heart shaped wire tree sculpture in progress on a black craft tray in front of a white wall. Tree has beaded branches starting in blue black at the top, blue then purple and dark pink with peach pink at the lowest branches. It looks messy because the branches and beaded leaves aren't in their final places yet. A wire reel of antique copper is in the background which is the wire used on this tree.

This had taken as long as the wisteria tree!

Just the bottom branches to go though* - the end is in sight!

A purple wisteria bead and wire tree with an abundance of hanging branches with pale purple at the top of each one, going into a mid purple then right at the tips, a marginally darker purple shade of seed beads. The wire used is antique copper, a lovely natural brown with patches of darker brown through it. It is sitting on the left side of a rectangular piece of smoothed but not flat edged slate, fixed into place with textured magic sculpt putty which is painted finished with a two tone metallic paint that shimmers in teal electric blue or deep purple depending on how the light hits it. Several amethyst crystals are fixed into place in and around the spiralled tree roots. Background is a grey misty effect. Twysted Roots logo is in the bottom right.
