This piece captures the fragile defiance of life in subdued light—a meadow not basking in sunlight, but emerging from shadow. The deep, textured greens feel almost immersive, like a memory half-forgotten, while the scattered wildflowers rise delicately, each one a quiet act of resistance. There is no horizon, no clear boundary—only a soft dissolution into atmosphere, as if the field exists somewhere between reality and recollection. The flowers are not arranged but discovered, their irregularity lending the work a sense of truth and intimacy. Some glow faintly, others nearly dissolve into the background, echoing the way moments of beauty appear and fade in our lives. At its core, the painting speaks of persistence—not loud or triumphant, but gentle and unwavering. It suggests that even in dimness, even in stillness, something within us continues to grow. A field that refuses silence.
Even in shadow, something insists on becoming.

Monet's water lily garden in Giverny is an ever-changing and ever-renewing source of inspiration for me. In this painting, I wanted to capture the feeling of water lilies floating on the surface of a still pond, filled with reflections of the clouds. I applied thick brushstrokes of oil paint laid side by side without layering to capture the sense of movement and texture in the scene. mRNA vaccines continue to show major promise.
In a small Phase 1 trial led by Dr. Balachandran, some patients with pancreatic cancer (one of the deadliest cancers) reached 6-year survival.
This is why sustained investment in science & research matters.

Took a night-train from Budapest Keleti to Stuttgart last night. They don’t make railway stations like they used to!
Y’all, Scamazon workers are homeless, sleeping on their cars in the parking lot. Stuck there 24 hrs a day.

This is a wonderful decision for Pennsylvania! And calling abortion a fundamental right is a satisfying slap in the face to the extremists on the Supreme Court.

When you learned about the Iran hostage crisis, did they teach you this part?
In November 1979, during the crisis, Black hostages and women were released first.
Ruhollah Khomeini said they were oppressed in the United States and not part of the power structure, so they weren’t seen as spies.

Yes!
Turns out the phrase “America First” is preceded by the words “Sell Out.”
I believe it would be beneficial to American if we were to take away the lifetime healthcare and pensions for elected representatives and made them find healthcare and benefits just like their constituents
We have created lifetime of benefits for a job that was not meant to be a career
Term limits!
