A querying tip I learned the hard way.
When you sit down to edit your manuscript, work on perfecting the query, synopsis and logline.
Also, work on a few pitches and moodboards when you need a break from editing.
The pre-planning helps.

Tian Xi Wei-the FL- has amazingly choreographed fight scenes. I love rewatching those. The plot requires the ML to have fewer, so Zhang Linghe has to rely on his expressions and acting, and he does a superb job. The comedy and humour are perfectly timed. The story pacing is to aspire for.

As a writer, I admit, very few movies, books, or dramas catch my attention. Fewer still that I would re-read or re-watch. Of course, good-looking actors help, but they are nothing to rewatch if they are just eye candy. They have to portray their roles.

Re-Watching 'Pursuit of Jade' for its agency, plotline and story structure. I haven't read the book, but I have to credit the producer for doing such an excellent job. I will be watching for more shows produced by Fang Fang and Zhang Zhiwei.👏
