Rode my bike through the Panhandle, along JFK Promenade and through the park to Sunset Dunes at sunset. Gorgeous night. Skaters skating, a DJ spinning mellow sunset beats. So many people out in all the parks.

The Committee of Bar Examiners (CBE) and the State Bar Board of Trustees will consider many factors when providing their recommendations to the Supreme Court. By July 2028, we must change the bar exam we are currently administering. Continuing with the exam we deliver today-the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE), 200 multiple- choice questions developed by the National Conference of Bar Examiners; 5 California essays; and 1 California performance task—will not be an option as the MBE will no longer be available.
