Dude. The I-90 to I-5N has a metered entrance.
1987 to when this happened, it’s always been icky.
Today was easy and lovely to merge onto I-5.
Also, I love Seattle. It has its stuff, like all cities, but it is pretty and wonderful.
Day 1 - the beagle who is still beyond terrified of the car (after 5 years of good destinations of car rides) jumped in the car tonight to come home from the cabin.

Today's #100daysofhappiness is making a new soup recipe. I don't even care if it tastes good, it's the adventure for me.
I was at the health food store today and I splurged on a flavored water with magnesium and adaptogens in it. I didn't care so much about the additives but the peach ginger flavor? Delicious. Apparently it's supposed to help with anxiety. Anyways, the brand is Recess. #100daysofhappiness

The new mega bright headlights blind me and trigger migraines, but when I feel really, really shitty and angry or sad, I start doing #100DaysOfHappiness. Just posting one thing that is good that day or pleasing in general. Some days I could only manage to say "sushi" but kept going daily. Helped.
Very much so! I have been doing #100daysofhappiness once again to focus on the joys and gratitude of living. Not forgetting about the rest of the world, but putting my energy into creating a lovely community.

That is the worst thing to do post a viral infection. Sadly I have too many friends I have learned that lesson from. So, taking it as easy as I can while still doing what I can.
