@LVTroost reminds me that 4 years ago today, our group of 18th centuryists & friends met for the first session turning our once-a-year convention TTRPG (started in 2017) into a biweekly online game.

After years of one-shots (1st annually at #ASECS & then biweekly online) #18CDnD gamely took on a full campaign in 2021. Next time, they’ll reach the end of that adventure.
Not sure what comes next for these fictional & nonfictional 18th century PCs, but I’m glad to be their DM.

As will surprise few, Small Nephew added that he had a dream about fighting a dragon alongside @Woubble_, who in his telling now have TWO mimic friends.

TheatreProf is guesting in #18CDnD so I was looking at NPCs in Ch 4 of WITCHLIGHT. They’re from across the multiverse, including 1 “from the world of Tal’dorei” — a *continent* on the world of Exandria in #CriticalRole.
I’m fascinated by the idea of a slightly-wrong Easter Egg.

#dnd colleagues: He's thinking Storm King's Thunder will be more linear/less stressful than Waterdeep (which we were about to start). I *suspect* that there's an even more streamlined option among the 5e adventures? (I do homebrew weirdsies w/ #18CDnD so I'm less helpful)
