Doing some looking up my Leslie side of my family. And just come across a cousin that was in the Framingham, Massachusetts fed #1950Census . His job was farmhand and he lodge at the farm. I keep forgetting that Framingham had farms back then!

My great-grandaunt Margaret Calloway's entry on the results page records her only as Calloway: her surname.
Try searching for only their surname at where you think they should be.

was really hoping to find someone in the #1950Census to help fill a key gap in time, but she's not there. really hoping she'll show up as corrections and the new transcriptions happen and that she wasn't one of the countless "no one home" people.

#1950Census Status of Wajda's on the old Farmdale, OH, farmstead, 1950. Four of the 10 siblings already out of the nest: Dad running an Army post exchange (& meeting my mom) in Germany & hadn't even met his youngest sibling Sally. Three other siblings married & living elsewhere.

First impression of #1950Census: They didn't ask enough questions. It's thin.

There's a lot less data here than there was in 1940 and earlier.
