Late on the post due to Japan and being sick, but March's video is my 1-All of Dodonpachi Dai Ou Jou. The PS2 version was the first Cave game I ever purchased, but even with the hundreds of hours I put it, clearing it doesn't feel real.

February’s 1-All is Donpachi! Not Dodonpachi, but Donpachi. From rear spawning enemies, to free bomb refills after each stage, Donpachi feels very different from Cave’s later releases, even if a lot of the basics were already in place.

This is nothing really serious to brag about yet, but I’m able to get through Stage 4 of Progear on 1 credit, one more stage to fully learn to get the 1-All. But it really is nice to see I’m 15th on the Xbox leaderboard.
