5 hours captured of the Whirlpool Galaxy, using the newt. Captured in NINA, stacked in APP and processed in PixInsight.

This is 6 hours of data on the Needle Galaxy. Really pleased how this turned out, especially with a bright moon, and no filters! Imaged with the newt using NINA, stacked in APP and processed in PixInsight

M81/M82 and lots of other tiny galaxies. 6 hours of data captured in N.I.N.A. This is the best I can do, but I'm happy with the detail. I would like to double the time on it if I can ๐

Another beautiful area of the Northern Hemisphere, showing off what is The North American Nebula and Pelican Nebula. This is found in constellation of Cygnus the Swan. I absolutely love imaging from this patch, in the summer/autumn months. This is just 2.5 hours with an OSC camera #269cprotec
This is Messier 3 - a globular star cluster, thought to be made up of 500,000 stars! Imaged from my garden in Bortle 5 skies, with the newtonian.

The Elephant Trunk Nebula taken on Christmas Eve 2020. Oodles of gas and dust in this region of Cepheus. 3 hours well spent, using the quad band filter. I was still learning the art of processing, so don't zoom in too much on them ๐

Going right back through the archives now, and it's reminding me of how much I've progressed in DSO in just 6 years - 3.5 hours on Messier 101/Pinwheel Galaxy from 2021.

The Pacman Nebula taken from February 2022 - just short of 3 hours, so not masses of detail, but I love the colours in this image. Although, I think it looks rather like an Angler fish ๐

The Christmas Tree Cluster/Cone Nebula taken in February 2022. Around 4.5 hours of exposure with my 72ED.
Trumpler 5, open star cluster can be seen to the right. Rusty in colour and very old. Looking towards the bottom right we can see Hubble's Variable Nebula.

A quick 1 hour 42 minutes, but this time with the newt. This was really a test to see what I could get in such little time. Pleased with the result of a juicy core, nonetheless ๐คฉ

I know starless images aren't everyone's cup of tea, but I love how it looks anyway. 6 hours and 45 minutes spent on The Andromeda Galaxy

Nearly 9 hours on The Horsehead and Flame Nebula. Minus the halo around Alnitak, I am blown away by the detail. Longest ever integration ๐

3.5 hours on this beautiful cluster of stars, from the comfort of my garden - The Pleiades/Seven Sisters ๐คฉ
