Calling @caraspencer.bsky.social !!

Why is the city processing the permit application for the Armory/Goodwill #datacenterSTL when owner Greenstreet owes over $2.8M in taxes on the #3728Market & #3852Market properties?

Greenstreet owes 4 years property taxes totaling over $2.7 M on 3728.

My draft, thoughtful rule for the City of St. Louis' processing of permit applications:
Applications cannot be accepted until property taxes are current.

➡️Halt the review of the Armory #datacenterSTL applications for #3728Market & #3852Market
Taxes owed by GreenStreet affiliates: $2.7+ Million! ⬅️

Mayor Spencer’s Executive Order 92 on #DataCentersSTL uses “thoughtful” eleven times.

Will the information submitted by developer THO/Contour be available to the public prior to the Conditional Use Hearing for the proposed data center at #3728Market & #3852Market ?

Precisely!

In addition to #700spring, I think THO/Greenstreet are targeting the Goodwill warehouse at #3728Market & adjacent property at #3852Market for a potential 4th data center.
