Since Mayor Spencer signed #datacenterSTL Executive Order 92, there has been no information disclosed to the public about the status of the data center proposed by THO Investments for #500Prospect

Apparently those of us who attended a developer townhall need to wait until THO has redesigned the #500Prospect data center before Steadfast City responds to questions.
By this time THO/Steadfast/lobbyist Lewis Rice will have received assurance that the City will approve the conditional use permit.

I spoke immediately after Dvorak’s comments. Her failure to name her employer was sadly unsurprising but typifies the obfuscation tactics used by development consultants. Steadfast City was identified today as consultant for the #500Prospect data center developer.
