I distinctly recall an #LCRAstl meeting at which the Vista/Norfolk homes were discussed. The developer’s rep struggled to answer Qs from board members; the atty for the ⚽️ group volunteered answers. Sadly this LCRA meeting predated the posting of meetings on SLDC YouTube.

Holly Hills SBD is property tax, not sales tax. Eventually, the #LawyersOfTIF (which now pursues special tax districts and tax abatement without TIF) will convince them to also have a CID with sales tax.
