Fact-check, part 2: At the 8.14.25 public hearing for the #JeffArmsPID, Hartzler misrepresented details about the use tax in the original draft petition to create the PID No. 2.
At the 9.11.25 meeting, Hartzler stated that the language for the use tax was removed for the revised draft PID petition.
💯 agreed. Meetings of all SLDC boards should be live-streamed on Youtube, as is the case for the BOA.
SLDC has betrayed the public trust by failing to update its 2017 analysis of the Jefferson Arms project. The analysis should include all #taxingdistrictsSTL sought by the developer.

At 9 a.m. today SLDC made the video recording of the 8/14 #PortAuthoritySTL & 8/14 STL Local Development Company Zoom meetings available for public viewing on YouTube.

I want to hear directly from Alterra’s “execution team” at the 8/14 #PortAuthoritySTL public hearing.
At the 7/10 Port meeting, Alterra’s consultant* conveniently didn’t have MWBE & wage data handy when asked.
At the 6/17 HUDZ hearing on the CID BB19, Hartzler* didn’t mention the #JeffArmsPID 😡
Given the fact that no details were posted online about how the public could register to testify, the hearing for the Port Improvement District #2 ( #JeffArmsPID ) should not be taken up at tomorrow’s 9 a.m. Port Zoom meeting.
