Page 1 of the agenda packet for the Feb. 12 Port Authority Commission. The wrong date (January 11) is specified; the meeting start time is 9 a.m. The web calendar notice specified a starting time of 8 a.m. The inconsistencies in the meeting details may have been the reason for the meeting cancellation.

In classic SLDC fashion, the board packet for the cancelled 2/12 Port meeting was removed from the calendar notice webpage & the board materials webpage. See ALTs.

Gov agencies should not permit meeting docs to be removed.

10/30 #opaCITYstl update: the video of the 10/27 meeting of the SLDC board of directors was uploaded to YouTube yesterday. The video is hidden from public view; it will be made public at 9 AM today.

During the closed session, the board voted Illegally to extend the PR contract with Candid LLC.
