Mayor Spencer needs to pull the plug on the #ArmoryDataCenter

The permit application was signed by the current property owner, GreenStreer CEO Phil Hulse.
Hulse’s speculative commercial developments in St. Louis have been heavily backed by public funds since 2008.

Does anyone have a spare 🎟️ for #CardsOpeningDay ?

I need to find the section where St. Louis gov official are sitting.

Contesting #SunshineSTL responses between innings might expedite the city’s fulfillment of recent records requests regarding the #ArmoryDataCenter

The Zoning Section of the City of St. Louis claims there is no AV recording of the #ArmoryDataCenter Conditional Use Hearing held on 3/19.
It is plausible, though unlikely, that a digital recording of the meeting is not retained by the Zoning Section. It may be weeks until STLTV posts the recording

I wasn’t the only person experiencing Deja Vu at the #ArmoryDataCenter Conditional Use Hearing.👇

The lackluster presentation by the development team points to a foregone conclusion: the city will approve the permit. Airport privatization was on track until Lyda pulled the plug on the process.

The testimony in opposition to the #ArmoryDataCenter was excellent, lasting over 3 hours. Based on the 2 minute time limit, I estimate that 85+ people spoke. It may be weeks until the video is posted on Youtube.

The developer's answers to the Qs in E.O. 92 were deficient.
