Aside from a few in-person meetings in spring 2025, #EandA has met virtually for close to 6 years. The board should meet in the BOA hearing room.

The Feb. 9 date for a special #EandA meeting was mentioned by city staff at the Jan. 28 BOA Budget Committee meeting.
The regular failure of city officials to comply with Sunshine regs, including Executive Order 60 is infuriating.

#EandA detail: There's been a recent change in the format on exhibit A for contracts and leases.

For items where an amendment to an existing contract is being considered, the item description now specifies the current contract amount, the amount of the amendment and the amended contract amount.

Tornado recovery contracts are on Wednesday's Board of #EandA special meeting agenda.

Early in the Spencer administration, meetings returned to in-person for a few months; the meetings have been Zoom only for a couple of months.
