It’s a tragic situation.

Also infuriating that the City of St. Louis government appears to have done nothing to address public safety during construction, despite the alarm being raised consistently for years.

The acquisition cost for the development partner’s 50 year vacant lot should have been excluded from the analysis.

Over the past 9 years the LCRA board has never failed to designate a developer if the project was taken up at a meeting, so the approval of the Albion is practically guaranteed.
