If anyone hasn't seen the 4K77 Star Wars, definitely "find" a copy and WATCH IT! The fan preserved 1977 Pre-Special Edition version made mostly from 35mm film scanned source material. Found and donated old prints assembled with love.

Watched the #4k77 editon of #StarWars Episode IV. It was awesome and my first time watching the original cinema version. Congrats to all who took the time to work on this restoration project. They all did a great job!👏

Packshot der 2006 Limited Edition DVD des Films "Star Wars - Episode IV - Eine neue Hoffnung", auch bekannt als "Krieg der Sterne". Diese enthält als letzte Veröffentlichung die Kinofassung im Bonus als separate Disc, welche einen Transfer der THX Edition der LaserDisc von 1995 beinhaltet.

Die letzte VÖ der #Kinofassung von Episode IV - VI lag auf der 2006 Limited Edition DVD vor, als "suboptimaler" Transfer der #THX Edition der #LaserDisc von 1995 auf der Bonus Disc.

Einen empfehlenswerten Blick Wert sind aber Harmy's #Despecialized Edition sowie Project #4K77, #4K80 & #4K83 ☝️
