A collage-style graphic titled “The Home Depot Letter Writing Tool Kit.” In the center is a gray sheet of paper with The Home Depot’s orange square logo at the top and the words “LETTER WRITING TOOL KIT” in bold black handwritten-style text. Behind it are layered documents including a “Judicial Warrant” form and a bilingual “Know Your Rights / Conozca Sus Derechos” card. In the bottom left is a small photo of people holding “The Home Depot – ICE Out Of…” protest signs. A black pen, paper clip, tape, and a postal service stamp graphic decorate the layout.
A letter style graphic stamped example in red. A letter template that reads. To Home Depot Leadership,
My name is [YOUR NAME], and I am a [customer / worker / contractor / community member] who regularly interacts with Home Depot stores in [CITY/STATE]. I am writing because I am deeply concerned about what is happening in and around Home Depot locations and the harm being caused by silence. Home Depot must take a clear and public stand.First, end all data-sharing with law enforcement. Second, strengthen security in ways that protect rights, not violate them. Third, train all employees company-wide on their rights and responsibilities. Finally, Home Depot must publicly show support for the communities it serves. This means affirming opposition to unconstitutional ICE enforcement practices that are harmful to families and communities.I am asking Home Depot to do the right thing. People’s safety depends on it.

Graphic with Bold orange text that reads “Our Demands”
1. End The Home Depot contract with Flock Safety and require that any The Home Depot data collection contractors not share data with law enforcement without a warrant.
2. Implement new security protocols to prevent unconstitutional entry and protect The Home Depot employees' rights.
Clearly mark “private” employee areas, post signage, and educate staff that law enforcement needs a judicial warrant to access those spaces.
Create a safety plan to protect employees, customers, and day laborers in stores and parking lots from racial profiling, harassment, and ICE-related arrests.
3. Host all-staff training: Ensure all The Home Depot employees in all The Home Depot stores know what their rights are and how to protect themselves when approached by federal agents.
4. Publicize your support: Signal to staff, patrons, and the wider community that The Home Depot is opposed to unconstitutional entry by federal agents and believes that ICE’s current approach to enforcing immigration policy is excessive and harmful to our communities.
We are urging YOU to write a letter to The Home Depot leadership.
Investors are currently urging The Home Depot to take a closer look at what information the company shares with law enforcement and right now, our voices truly matter. #50501GA #DefrostHomeDepot #IceOut
