It also needs to be coupled with more investment in viable walking and biking/scootering infrastructure that is safe. That way people can have the freedom to choose viable alternatives to owning a car.

Bike Lanes is a politically charged name.

It has a weird name, but this reads like Build-Back-Better funding so when streets are repaved, they actually get the #5ANetwork treatment that they need. 👍
