#Al-Baqi Cemetery was #established in #622_CE, shortly after the #Prophet Muhammad’s #migration ( #Hijrah ) to #Medina. It became the main burial #ground for the city’s #Muslim #community and has remained a #sacred #site throughout #Islamic #history.
