一気に冬のような寒さに、鹿児島市も夕方から寒さを感じ始め、夜中になり毛布を出すほど。この寒さに沖縄界隈の熱帯低気圧も北上どころか南下してしまう異様な状況。そこから前線が日本列島へ。偏西風蛇行恐るべし。
