A figure showing the Total Improvement Score among the patients with treatment-resistant dermatomyositis who received 30 mg of brepocitinib, 15 mg of brepocitinib, or placebo daily for 52 weeks.
In the VALOR trial of brepocitinib in adults with dermatomyositis, the 30-mg dose (but not the 15-mg dose) led to greater improvement on a composite myositis index at 52 weeks than placebo. Serious infections were more frequent with the 30-mg dose. Full trial results: nej.md/4uHluEm
