First puzzle tournament… did a virtual entry for #acpt to get a feel if I’m ready for the in person one next year. Finished 182/320, and 44/112 in the rookies online. I guess this means I won’t be a rookie next year but I’ll still try my best. Maybe even finish in the top half next year!
Had a ton of fun at the #ACPT (crossword tournament) last weekend! I enjoyed the puzzles and got to meet some lovely crosswordy people. Finished 116th, next year will be the one I'll break top 100 :)

One thing I learned at #ACPT this year is that I'm fast enough to make B finals if things go right. This year they didn't - I had a mistake in 2 different puzzles that I'd have caught if I'd checked more thoroughly.
But it's doable!
Anyway, I had a great time as always. Puzzle people are the best.

A great time at #ACPT with old friends and new friends, and also @gppasco.bsky.social was there. I finished 34th for the second straight year, but this year I made a mistake on puzzle 6 and was relatedly a bit less than prepared for puzzle 7. So some improvement happened. Now to put it all together.
