interview | chris klemens For a decade, Chris Klemens has been making people laugh on YouTube. Posting videos where he gives himself acrylic toenails, customizes Labubus, and blacks out making Ariana Madix’s cocktails at home in his gorgeous kitchen. In terms of content, Klemens doesn’t make the same type of video over and over again; if anything, he does the opposite. Each upload brings something fresh to the table. The guarantee is always the same, though: Chris Klemens is going to make you laugh. Chances are, he already has – his content tends to go viral. Lately, Klemens has taken his comedic sensibilities and ventured into the world of stand-up. Stepping out from behind the camera and onto the stage in a move that made fans say, “Wait, he hasn’t always been doing this?” And while the transition hasn’t been without hiccups, even his off-nights turn into something memorable: after one tough set, he spent an hour passing the mic through the crowd, riffing and connecting with total ease. What could have been an off night became something really special. That energy inspired his latest venture, his podcast, “Chris vs. The People”. Listeners call in, share their dirty laundry, and Klemens offers his brutally... Read more » The post interview | chris klemens appeared first on Schön! Magazine.

interview | geraldine viswanathan A peek at Geraldine Viswanathan’s filmography reveals the kind of range that many actors could only dream of. 2025 alone has seen her grace the screen in a Sundance breakout Sophie Zucker’s whip-smart rom-com ‘Oh, Hi!’, as well as a much-anticipated studio blockbuster, Marvel’s ‘Thunderbolts*’, both of which garnered rave reviews from critics and audiences. The leap from intimate indie fare to a large-scale action thriller feels entirely fitting for an actor who has built her career on intriguing, genre-defying projects. From her starring role in 2024’s road-trip comedy ‘Drive-Away Dolls’ to her part in the surreal anthology series Miracle Workers, Viswanathan has consistently delivered performances that are both sharp and irreverent, showcasing impeccable comedic timing and plenty of charm. In ‘Oh, Hi!,’ Viswanathan stars alongside her longtime friend Molly Gordon, and their real-life friendship brings a warm, lived-in chemistry to a very offbeat rom-com. When Gordon’s character Iris faces an unexpected twist in a romantic getaway with Isaac (Logan Lerman), she quickly summons her best friend Max (Viswanathan) for help, resulting in unhinged plans and plenty of chaos. ‘Oh, Hi!’s’ tight-knit cast, which also includes John Reynolds as Max’s boyfriend Kenny, spent a month in upstate New York during... creating with heart | nyfw ss26 This week, of the many designers who showed their collections during New York Fashion Week, whether on or off the calendar, they shared a similar sentiment: that impactful design can have an impact, and in typical New York fashion, instead of waiting for things to change, many designers decided to be the change themselves. From leading with purpose to leading with craft, America’s designers are doing what they’ve always done best, creating with heart. Advisry Models glided around the maze of spectators, phones at the ready, and between the French whispers of the live DJ set and the loungey beat, it felt like a 21st-century salon. But instead of tight-lipped self-importance, the energy was refreshingly joyful and playful. A world that writers and artists like James Baldwin and Josephine Baker might have inhabited decades prior during the Black Renaissance in Paris… If only they had had cellphones and Instagram accounts. Heavily inspired by French New Wave film director, Éric Rohmer, and four principles — restraint, temptation, obsession, and detachment — Adivsry’s FW 2025 collection titled “4 Moral Tales” by designer Keith Herron was ‘Where The Wild Things Are’ personified. Announcing itself in glove pockets and fur mittens, shearling capes, Edwardian fur column... Read more » The post creating with heart | nyfw ss26 appeared first on Schön! Magazine.
