The annual #AKdeficit is ~$1.5 billion. Rep. Galvin's income tax would raise ~$300 - $350mil. The remainder would be raised thru continued PFD cuts. The combined impact is FAR more regressive than #AKgov Dunleavy's proposed sales tax. #akleg
