ANZ Bank apparently forced to refund us monies due to overcharging fees. They sent us a cheque. We have no ANZ Bank - we would have to drive to Brisbane/Ipswich or Toowoomba to deposit. Why couldn’t they deposit to our account and send letter to say why?

Hmmm. So now the #ANZBank is going to “collect device and behavioural information” via their iPhone app (to detect fraud & protect your money, yada yada).
I’m assuming it’s AI of some description. Anyone care to guess what “behavioural information” they might mean?
