Now that I have done the opposite of fail, I don’t quite know what to do with it. It contradicts years of self-talk. It defies the reality that I have known to be true.
So it feels surreal. It feels not quite right. Not quite comfortable.

I’ve greeted old friends, welcomed new narrators into the community, and have been so honored by narrators that I have admired for years telling me that they listened to my Audie-nominated book & loved it.
