Spent the last two days in snowy, sleety London and speaking at #ASDC24 conference at the Royal Society. It was great to chat with the people behind the UKs network of science and discovery centres, and be reminded of how impactful non-formal science learning can be.

Inspired by Professor Dame Ottoline Leyser's talk at #ASDC24, I'd like to suggest COMMUNITY SHOW-AND-TELL TABLES tables for Science Centres & Shopping Malls. Anyone can bring something they find interesting. Ideally these should be tactile objects with someone in charge to ensure accessibility.
