These cases will be of huge importance. The Prosecutor made his intention to seek the arrest of senior Taliban figures for the persecution of Afghan women and girls known back in December at #ASP23.

Host State 🇳🇱 #ASP23 : It's the general responsibility of all States Parties to take measures to counter threats, interference, and sanctions against the Court. We are facing the situation in which even software and insurance companies might cease providing their services to the ICC.
State of #Palestine #ASP23 is committed to fully cooperating with the ICC as a State Party. Criticises (rightly) the officials of Argentina and Hungary for the remarks betraying their unwillingness to execute the Court's arrest warrants, which is inconsistent with the Statute.
Netherlands #ASP23 : in the current climate, full cooperation by States is essential. States Parties should be able to cooperate with the ICC freely and without becoming subject to threats and pressure.
