7/ Part of the trouble is the way #ATACH2 was created: control pts w/SBP <140 had nicardipine gtt discontinued vs. intervention group was titrated down

4/ In this @neurocritcarej article, authors quantified the amount of #BPV in pts from the #ATACH2 trial, and assessed it’s ability to prognosticate 4 things:
1️⃣ mRS 0-3 vs 4-6
2️⃣ Hematoma expansion (🩸⬆️)
3️⃣ Neurological deterioration (⬇️ > or = 2 GCS)
4️⃣ AKI
