Loved the Jericho Brown keynote at #awp2024. Might rewatch it when I get home to get some of the quotes. Kinda wishing I’d stayed in person instead of online, but I did get to watch it eating chicken and waffles in sweatpants in my hotel room, and that’s hard to beat.
I don’t recall if I’ve posted it in this space before now, but I am attending #awp2024 on the AWP Community Scholarship and I am so grateful. Thank you to AWP and the donors who made it possible.
Last panel on getting and working with an agent was one of the most useful so far at #awp2024. It was also the most crowded I’ve seen. #starvingwriters #helpuswerepoor
