Dinner last night at the Taiwanese American #awp2025 dinner filled a creative hole in me that I didn’t know existed. I’m so used to explaining my stories to people outside my culture, presenting my stories as a guide into a foreign world. And don’t get me wrong. I love sharing and educating.
